Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Time] before the scheduled ride for a full refund.

Cancellations made within [Insert Time] of the ride will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the driver has reached the pickup location.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or operational issues.

In case of cancellation by Manisha Travels, a full refund will be processed or an alternative arrangement will be provided.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 working days through the original mode of payment.

Transaction fees or bank processing charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additionally, GST @18% will also be applicable and deducted from the refund.

Customers may reschedule their booking subject to availability and applicable charges.

For bookings of 1 to 24 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

For rides of 2 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
